Returns Policy

Please note that all return requests have to be e-mailed to Stop Slip Ltd at enquiries@stopslip.co.uk giving reasons for the return. You will then be sent a returns form and relevant return address.

Our product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable, unused or unworn condition and you contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please allow 14 working days from the day that we receive your order for us to process your exchange or refund. We will refund the product purchase cost only (i.e. less any shipping costs). This is applicable to all returns including situations where the customer orders the wrong size (unless cut to size or made to measure), style & colour preferences. We reserve the right to charge B2B customers a restocking fee of 30%.

It is the customers responsibility to check all deliveries on arrival to make sure the order is correct and also ensure there is no damage to the goods. If a customer signs for the goods stating they were received in good condition, we may not be able to offer refunds or replacements. If there is any damage to the goods, this should be stated on the delivering couriers paperwork and Stop Slip Ltd needs to be contacted immediately with the details and if possible photographic evidence should be emailed to enquiries@stopslip.co.uk along with the description of the damage or manufacturing fault.

If goods need to be returned due to a manufacturing fault then these goods have to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order to be inspected by the manufacturer. If it is agreed that there is in fact a manufacturing fault with the product, all costs will be refunded including shipping costs. (UK Mainland Only) Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by any third parties.

Any goods ordered that have been cut to size, drilled, printed or painted in a non standard colour or manufactured to a customers specific dimensions, cannot be returned or refunded, unless due to a manufacturing fault.

If these goods are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void and you will become responsible for the costs of replacement and return shipping. If no manufacturing fault is found you will be responsible for the costs of replacement and return shipping. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. We will not be liable for any transit damage that may occur on any product you have returned to us for replacement. We strongly suggest that you make sure you have used sufficient packaging to protect your product and insure against damage before returning any product for replacement.

Any discrepancy with an order including incorrect colour, quantity, product or size has to be reported to us immediately. We can not be held responsible for any discrepancies not reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your goods. It is the customers responsibility to check all orders on delivery and report any discrepancies within the 48 hour time limit.

In relation to new goods the company will accept liability for defective goods only to the extent that the company is entitled to make a claim under the manufacturer's or publishers warranty and obtain from the manufacturer or publisher a refund, credit, repair or replacement of the defective goods.

All returns carriage costs will be borne by you the sender.

Where an order qualified for free shipping (over £250) the original shipping costs paid by Stop Slip Ltd will not be refunded.
