The nosings can easily be cut to the required size on site if required and we supply them in 4 standard lengths. A full installation guide is available.

EdgeGrip Glow is constructed using photo luminescent resins. These resins omit a photo luminescent glow, in dark or dim light conditions. Our Glow nosings are ideal if there is a power failure on stairways.

Two types of slip resistant grit surfaces are available for both Internal & External applications. The internal nosing with a smaller grit size offers good slip resistancy whilst allowing a surface that is reasonably easy to clean. The external nosing with a much heavier grit profile is ideal for the rigors of the external environment.

The surfaces are charged by normal illumination e.g. daylight or fluorescent light and omit a glow as soon as the natural light source is interrupted i.e. power failure, smoke obstruction or similar, providing excellent stair safety in emergency situations. During daylight hours our Glow nosings still provides the normal contrasting colored nosing.
