excellent product, came as expected, well packaged. price very good. not sure i got an email to say it had been despatched. the website didnt make it clear how to get it cut to size before despatch (but wasnt a problem for me). Stopslip might benefit from making this clear and also if they can drill pilot holes and 45degree angles for outside steps. But overall i am happy and would recommend StopSlip.

It's easy to slip up when you purchase on-line, never rally sure what you're getting.
I phoned first...good communications, helpful staff, excellent product knowledge. I ordered, it came, no slip-ups. Perfect all round.Thank you.
